• Payment processors to charge your card / UPI.
• Delivery partners to fulfil your order.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on encrypted servers in India / EU. Passwords are hashed; sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. We enforce row-level access controls so customers can only access their own data.

• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and minimal analytics cookies (no third-party advertising trackers).

7. Retention

Order records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. Account data is retained until you delete your account.

8. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
