Shipping Policy

Service area

We currently deliver across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. Additional cities are being added — check the pincode availability at checkout.

Delivery window

Deliveries are made only between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM IST, in two time slots: 7–9 AM and 9–11 AM. Orders are delivered the day after they are placed (or later, depending on the slot you choose).

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on every order — there are no hidden shipping fees.
• Optional ice-pack (₹20) and compartment packaging (₹15) can be added at checkout.

Order tracking

Every order has a live tracker: Placed → Cut & Packed → Out for Delivery → Delivered. Visit My orders to see the current stage.

Missed deliveries

If we cannot reach you in the chosen window, we will attempt one re-delivery the same day. After that, the order is forfeit and no refund is issued, as the fruit cannot be re-sold.
