Terms of Service

Welcome to V's Fruit Basket ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or placing an order through our website or app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to create an account and place orders.

2. Orders & pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock outage, pricing error, or suspected fraud — you will be refunded in full.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

3. Delivery

We deliver only between 6:30 AM and 11:00 AM IST. Orders placed on any given day are delivered the next day or later, in the time slot you choose at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew on the cadence (weekly / biweekly / monthly) you select. You may pause, skip, or cancel any subscription at any time from your Profile.

5. Product quality

Fruit is hand-selected daily. If you are not satisfied with the freshness on delivery, contact us within 4 hours and we will replace or refund the item — see our Refund Policy.

6. Account & security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
